The hydraulic system mainly includes hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, oil filter, etc. It is an important component of asphalt filling machine. It drives the mixing motor and material pump through a two-stage hydraulic pump, allowing the asphalt in the tank to be fully mixed and stirred, and then evenly output and fill the filling gap.

The third is crack cleaning

Asphalt grouting machine is usually used in conjunction with slotting machine, dust blower, hot air spray gun, etc. Before grouting, the slotting machine is used to slot first, and then cracks and surrounding debris are cleaned to ensure a dry environment, so as to better perform grouting and ensure the repair effect.

Finally, the heating system

The asphalt filling machine adopts oil level difference pipeline forced shear heating, double pot design, three-stage melting, and has efficient material melting ability. Equipped with a constant temperature intelligent control system, it can automatically enter the insulation state of asphalt after heating to the set temperature. At the same time, its feeding pipeline is heated with a safe voltage of 24V throughout the process, greatly avoiding the problem of sealing glue condensation and blockage at the discharge gun mouth.
