Here are the steps to use it:

1. Equipment inspection: Before starting the operation, thoroughly inspect all components of the manual asphalt grouting machine, including the heater, pump body, material bucket, push rod, and handle, to ensure that there is no damage or leakage. Confirm that the oil level of the equipment is normal and the circuit connection is correct.

2. Preheating materials: According to the characteristics of the materials used, preheat the asphalt or sealant in the heating bucket of the machine to the recommended temperature in advance. Generally, preheating is required for 30 minutes to 1 hour to ensure good material fluidity and ease of infusion.

3. Safety equipment: Wear personal protective equipment, including a helmet, protective glasses, mask, gloves, and reflective vest, to ensure personal safety during the operation.

1. Positioning cracks: First, use a marker or chalk to mark the trajectory of the cracks that need to be repaired, ensuring that the work route is clear and visible.

2. Cleaning cracks: Use cleaning tools (such as hair dryers, brushes, or vacuum cleaners) to remove dust, debris, and residual old materials from the cracks, keeping them clean to facilitate the adhesion of new materials.

3. Heating and filling: Turn on the heating system, wait for the indicator light to show that the material has reached the appropriate temperature, and then push the manual grouting machine slowly along the crack. At the same time, operate the handle to control the material flow out and evenly fill the crack. Pay attention to maintaining a constant speed of propulsion to avoid material overflow or shortage.

4. Scraping treatment: When there is still residual temperature in the filling material, use a dedicated scraper or joint pressing tool to gently scrape along the surface of the crack, remove excess material, and ensure that the surface is flat and level with the surrounding road surface.

5. Cooling and Curing: According to the material description, leave enough time for the poured material to naturally cool and solidify. During this period, warning signs should be set up to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from passing through, in order to avoid damaging uncured materials.
