FAGF500 Pavement Sealing Machine is a mechanical equipment specifically used for road maintenance, mainly used to repair cracks on the road surface, prevent rainwater infiltration, and extend the service life of the road. Our road filling machine is equipped with an 80 liter thermal oil volume and a safety device with a thermal oil sleeve - a 350 liter hot melt kettle, ensuring fast and even heating. It is also equipped with a safety valve full cycle system to ensure the safety of operators.

It mainly consists of a hot melt kettle, a thermal oil system, a filling system, a walking system, and a control system. Among them, the 350 liter hot melt kettle is one of the core components, which can accommodate a large amount of asphalt material. Through the circulation heating of thermal oil, the asphalt is quickly melted to reach the required temperature for construction. The 80 liter volume of thermal oil ensures a continuous and stable supply of heat energy, which can quickly start and enter working mode even in cold winter.

The thermal oil system is the key to ensuring uniform heating of asphalt materials. This equipment uses high-efficiency heat transfer oil, which has good thermal conductivity and can quickly transfer heat to the asphalt material inside the hot melt kettle. Through a precise temperature control system, the heating speed can be adjusted to avoid performance degradation caused by asphalt overheating. In addition, the thermal oil system is also equipped with safety devices, such as safety valves, which can automatically release pressure in case of abnormal pressure, ensuring safety during operation.

The 350 liter hot melt kettle is designed with a thermal oil sleeve, which makes the asphalt material more evenly heated during the heating process, avoiding local overheating or incomplete melting, and improving construction quality and efficiency. The internal structure of the hot melt kettle has been optimized and a mixing device has been added to further promote the uniform melting of asphalt materials, reduce clumping, and improve the filling effect.

The safety valve full cycle system is an important safety guarantee measure for this equipment. It can monitor the pressure changes inside the hot melt kettle in real time. Once a pressure exceeding the preset safety value is detected, the safety valve will automatically open to release excess pressure, avoiding safety accidents caused by excessive pressure. The full cycle system ensures the stable flow of heat transfer oil, and can maintain the stability and reliability of the system even under long-term working conditions.
