What does an asphalt crack filling machine do?

It's a must-have for road care. It fixes cracks in asphalt pavements, concrete roads, and bridge expansion joints using hot-melt sealing tech. Sealing those cracks? It makes roads last longer and safer to drive on.

How does it work?

No direct open flame here-we use indirect heating with heat-conducting oil. A diesel burner or electric heater warms up the oil, which then heats the sealant or asphalt evenly. The heated material gets pumped through an electric-heated hose (to keep it from cooling and clogging) and injected into cracks, forming a tight seal. This way, the material never chars, so the repair holds up.

Heating system: Uses either circulating heat-conducting oil or gas. Some models have smart temperature control to keep material from overheating (which ruins it) or getting too cold (which clogs things).
