It is mainly composed of a walking chassis, a secondary power output unit, a vertical heating system, a hydraulic mixing system, and a water dust removal system; with the optional emulsified asphalt spraying system, cutting, crushing, compaction and other auxiliary equipment, it forms a complete asphalt mixture heating and insulation function, emulsified asphalt spraying, asphalt pavement heating repair, old material recycling and other operation functions. It is suitable for various asphalt pavement disease excavation and repair operations such as high-grade highways, airports, and municipal roads.
The construction is not restricted by seasons; it meets the requirements of road maintenance for rapid arrival, rapid hot repair and rapid withdrawal. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, less pollution, and easy operation.
Main performance features:
1) Patented technology: Honeycomb heating technology is used to achieve high-efficiency and high-quality regeneration, and indirect heating improves the performance of aggregate asphalt and avoids aging of aggregate asphalt.
2) Hot air circulation heating technology makes the aggregate heated more evenly and improves the heat utilization rate.
3) Heating and regenerating 2-3 tons of asphalt mixture per hour to meet the hot patch material required for backfilling road diseases.
