1. The cross slope of the shoulder should be smooth and smooth.

2. The shoulder should always be flat and solid

The pits, ruts and gaps that occur should be filled in time; the accumulated water and sludge on rainy days should be discharged, cleaned, filled and compacted in time; when the shoulder is too high to hinder drainage, it should be leveled. The removed silt and debris shall not be piled on the side ditch or slope. Shoveling the rain shoulder should be combined with cleaning the side ditch, and the slope in the wet soil state should be repaired after rain.
