Operation Steps Of The Caulking Machine

1. Open the liquefied gas valve and use the electronic igniter to ignite the liquefied gas furnace located under the front of the fuselage (with an observation hole at the front). Start heating, adjust the flame in the furnace, and adjust the opening size of the pressure reducing valve to adapt to the combustion. (Opening too much may cause poor combustion or extinguishing, opening too little may cause the flame to turn red and burn poorly.)

2. Add clean caulking material to the melting furnace (about 20Kg at a time, or add the required amount as needed), and cover the furnace cover. Normal use should be timely and appropriate according to the time of use. Continuous use is to keep the finished material in the furnace, which can improve the heat utilization rate and the melting efficiency can be greatly improved.

3. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the thermometer.

4. Start the generator with mixed oil, and power the control system and insulation system according to the operating instructions of the generator.
