Four Common Faults Of Crack Filling Machines

1. Liquefied gas cannot be heated successfully. Insufficient liquefied gas, add liquefied gas; pressure adjustment is not within the specification range, reasonably adjust the pressure; gas ratio is wrong, adjust the gas ratio.

3. The filter is clogged and should be cleaned in time to ensure that the material enters the asphalt pump.

4. Discharge is not smooth: electric heating and asphalt pump, the heating temperature of the discharge tube is not enough, the heating time should be extended, especially in cold weather or windy conditions, special attention should be paid.
